Went to this salon with high expectations as i had been recommended. I booked for a cut and blow dry. I had a brief consultation, although Ifelt that the atylist was distracted as she was talking to someone elsebwt the same time. i was not offered a drink which was surprising! The cut was okay. The stylist failed to cut my fringe without being asked to do so even though i asked her to cut it in my consultation. The blow dry was okay but she didnt do what i asked for . Normally when i have a cut and finish at other salons, they cut it wet and then go over it again once its dry. She didnt do this and i felt that my hair needed chopping into a bit. Once she finished the blow dry she didnt finish with spray or ask me if it was ok. She said " there you go" Back to Richard at WR15 for me. Average salon and service. Nothing special and i wouldnt go back!!
