We offer counselling to individuals and couples on a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, bereavement, depression, lack of confidence/self-esteem, stress. Working with a Person centred approach we help you to make sense of your own experience and find solutions that are right for you. We do this in a confidential space were you will be listened to and are supported to explore your experience without judgement.
