Well at least they are consistent. I guarantee that every parcel you send out overnight with these jokers will fail to arrive. Not only that but they will be unable to explain why, offer their guarantees it will be better next time but still continue to fail. Time after time after time... Awful service, just awful. Use them at your peril!
