VERY ARROGANT. Invited the company for a quote. He managed to break a vase when he was looking at our house (I asked seven quotes from different companies, nobody broke anything apart from him). I phoned the next day and asked to refund the vase, he laughed at us and hang the phone. I called the mother company to complain, they instructed him to contact us and refund the vase, he called us and said he was going to refund the vase, but eventually did not. DO NOT USE IT
