Injection moulders and injection mould toolmakers. Fully equipped toolroom facilities with tools manufactured and moulded in-house having maintenance included for the first 10 years production. I full range of injection moulding machines from 50 to 300 tonnes.

Our injection moulding facility

Based in Tyseley, Birmingham, UK we have a range of 21 injection moulding machines from 30 to 200 tonne (though we have plans for a larger machine soon)

With a flexible approach to manufacturing, we are able to offer sampling, small batch runs all the way through to volume production and post-operative assembly. Likewise, we mould tools that we have manufactured ourselves or are supplied by our customers.

Toolmaking

With a fully equipped in house toolroom we are well placed to work with our customers from initial concept, through design for manufacture, injection mould toolmaking, sample runs and full production runs.

Insert Moulding for plastics

We have vast experience in designing, manufacturing and injection moulding insert moulded parts.
This gives the integrity of the part adhesion to steel / brass in a way that gluing in inserts after moulding doesn't give.

We are so confident with the tooling that we manufacture ourselves in house that we offer a ten year maintenance free solution if we manufacture and mould the tooling in house.
