About Us
An excellent choice for business trips and a leisurely break - you can guarantee that our wonderful team will take very good care of you. Family run with high standards of service, Andover House is an elegant, Victorian building tastefully refurbished to provide modern comforts alongside its many original features. Exclusively for the over 13's, we are a stone's throw from the sandy beach and casino,10 minutes walk to the town centre and ideally positioned for the Great Yarmouth Racecourse and beautiful Norfolk Broads. Awarded 'Guest Accommodation of the Year' and 'Investment in Tourism' at the GYTA Awards.
Our Rooms
Each of the 20 en-suite bedrooms have free Wi-Fi, television, tea/coffee, telephone and a small en-suite shower room. The four Suites have their own lounge which offers more space for longer stays. A Continental breakfast of warm croissants, cereals, fruits, hams and cheeses is accompanied by a hot breakfast menu which is heartily recommended! Room service is available for both dinner and breakfast.
Our Restaurant
The popular, two rosette restaurant and bar lounge are open to all, serving a seasonal Modern British menu alongside a specials board. In the Michelin Good Food Guide 2013, our chefs are passionate about flavour, freshness and seasonality. Our private dining room for up to 18 guests is ideal for that bigger occasion. We have a range of wines and champagnes to cater for every taste and pocket.
Corporate
We have a smart new meeting space for up to 18 delegates around one table. Corporate guests staying overnight benefit from our lowest fixed room rates with no cancellation charges.

We stayed overnight and it proved to be an excellent choice. The room was very good, the service first rate and the meals were excellent - we stayed for dinner and, for those with hearty appetites, there was plenty of it. The salmon starter was superb. The running of the hotel was very professional, with attention to detail and a courteous approach to the care of guests. The hotel had recently been completely revamped and the decoration was of a high order. The bar area and small lounges added interest. The wifi was free and of a good strength. We would definitely stay again.
