If you are seeking therapy then the first thing you should do is to arrange a free half hour consultation. During the phone consultation I will be happy to answer any questions. After consultation we can then move on to the first therapeutic session, where we will talk about problems you encounter and together make decisions about further treatment. The introductory session will last for one hour and it is a chance for you to explore what it is you want from counselling.
