No problems
Can't fault Andrews Garage for their service and cars. I bought a used car of them a couple of months ago, they couldn't do enough for me and made the process very easy. They have a goo range of used cars, they have very helpful polite staff and are well located in Coventry. I have had no problems at all with any aspect...

Good Value
Andrews Garage is a great value used car dealer, I can also say that the salespeople and owners are definitely the most polite people I have met in business. good, large quantity of used cars on the forecourt and an abundance of knowledge from the staff.

Great service
Can't fault Andrews Garage, went for a used Ford Focus i saw advertised, test drove it and bought it. Had no problems with it and the transaction was very smooth. Professional company with nice people.

Excellent Cars
I found a car I fancied on a web site which brought me to Andrews Garage in Coventry's website. I am so glad I did, as what I found was a professionally run, totally pleasant business. There is a good choice of used cars on their forecourt and the car I wanted to see was immaculate. After a test drive I was sold, the sales guy was brilliant, gave a good price in part exchange for my car and sorted out finance for the rest. 3 months on and I have no regrets now, Thanks

Be careful
I was impressed by the reviews on their website and that was my first mistake. There are no dates on the customer reviews so they could have been from the 1990's when it was a family business. I did buy a car from them and the salesman was extremely nice and helpful until I had signed the contract. He had told me they did a 16 point check before they let a car go, but afterwards could not produce anything to prove what was checked. He just said "we make sure it's okay for you". I now believe this was a blatant lie, as I had to top the oil amongst other things myself. They told me a date that it would be ready and that they would phone me to say how it was going beforehand. They never did and I had to phone him several times on the day to ask if it was ready. It eventually was at about half past four. When I got there the chap told me he had had second thoughts about having my trade-in vehicle and hacked 50% off the value to 'show goodwill'. He claimed because the owner was on holiday he hadn't got the authority to go any higher. Even though I had driven up from Northampton for the car, I was on the point of walking out and giving up, when he agreed to up this a little and eventually gave me 80% of the original price he had offered and said it was out of his own pocket. He even charged me a fee to put the tax disc on. I felt completely conned. It was worse the next day. I discovered I had 2 slow punctures. They must have known as their foreign 'car mover' would have had to inflate them every couple of days so they looked ok on the forecourt. I phoned and left messages for the owner and emailed but never got a reply. I would not go back there again.
