Horrible
Stay away, stay without a home, but don't rent from them. They are swift and quick to gain your business, but then it is all downhill from there. Their properties are badly kept, when we moved into our flat, it was dusty, had cobwebbs in it, and a lot of furniture was falling apart. They don't stick to their word, haggle with you before sending a contractor out to repair a leak, and blame you when something goes wrong (What better occupation than to sit and break toilet handles anyway!?). Worst of all, most of their staff is ill-informed, and rude to top it off. There are the odd nice people, but understandably they're busy and it is hard to get through to them. It is almost as if they're doing YOU a favour by running a business.
