terrible service, dont care at all about the customer

I recently had a cortisol saliva test done by Androbalance, but it was terrible. On their site it says 15 days turnaround. So I send off the test tubes filled with Saliva and waited. After 16 days i emailed them and several days later the guy Jonathan replied saying, it was 15 working days. Very frustrating as i'm not well and need the test results. Anyway, i thought fair enough, could have been clearer but i will wait. So after 16 working days i still havent got the results, so i email him again. The response was quicker this time but said sorry, but that the lab arent usually late, he would chase it up. I then waited a few more days, and got a reply saying the lab had run out of something radioactive they use for the test procedure, and wouldnt have the results till the end of the week! By then its going to have been 7ish weeks! So things are hanging in the balance here, i need the results and weve paid £90 for them, which is alot of money i think. My wife phoned him up to complain (their site says they take complaints very seriously). This same guy, was very rude to my wife, and threatened to cancel the order because she was complaining. In the end we cancelled the order ourselves. I looked around on the net for ages for a more reputable company and found this company via the GMTV website: www.gdx.uk.net not only do they seem reputatable because of the GMTV link, but they are also alot cheaper (£60) and will turn the results round in 7 days! Hope this helps someone.
