Roof Renovation

Anglia Roofing Solutions LTD use a four-Stage roof renovation process:

Stage 1: Prior to any work commencing, our Installation Manager will carry out a full risk assesment. This also includes calculating the area and identifying any repairs and any tiles which need replacing.

We can then begin cleaning your roof. Your existing tiles will be cleaned thoroughly using our specialist high pressure cleaning equipment. All traces of moss, algae and surface dirt is removed by washing away the top layer of the tile.

During this process, we will lay tarpaulin around your property to ensure minimal disruption.

Stage 2: We will replace any broken or chipped tiles and re-point as appropriate. This is included in the price, even if there are 100 tiles to replace, so there's no need to worry about any hidden extras.

Stage 3: Next, we will spray the roof with biocide. This kills the moss, lichen and mould and prevents re-growth under the coating. The biocide is applied using a low pressure lance which ensures all tiles are fully treated.

Stage 4: Once the roof has dried, we apply 2 coats of a unique micro-porus UV stabilised coating. This coating is available in a range of 5 colours and once applied, completely transforms the appearance of your roof. The coating also makes the roof completely waterproof and creates reduction in heat loss through your roof. This in turn, helps regulate the temperature of the property.

Re-Roofing

The quality and substance of the roof on your property is vital to the look and fabric of the building. Unfortunately, there are occasions when repair and renovation are no longer feasible.

Our fully trained, experienced personnel are able to carry out re-roofing using all types of roofing material including natural and man-made slates, concrete tiles and clay tiles.
