We had our beloved Cocker Spaniel (Brydie) put to sleep on 26th December 2016. We advised Anibase (now Identibase) on the same day asking for Bydie's details to be removed from their database and to let us know that this had been done. No contact was made by them. However a month or so later we received an email asking us to confirm Brydie's details were correct on their database. We once again advised of the passing of Brydie and to please acknowledge receipt of this communication. Silence, no answer. On a week ago we received yet another email asking us to confirm Brydie's details. We replied saying, yet again, that Brydie was no longer alive and did they not realise how devastatingly hurtful this continual contact was, as we are still grieving her loss. We said please no more contact gave them our phone number and asked that they either emailed or phoned to let us know that this has been noted and acted upon and also their apologies and assurances that this will not happen again. Still no reply. I have to say that I have never come across such an uncaring set of people in my life and I would like everyone to be aware of the treatment they will recieve from this company.
