clueless. waste of money, bald dog and its snowing. tried to blame her mess up on my dog having knots. funny that because i brushed her b4 i took her and there were none then!!! my gorgeous yorkshire terrier had lovely hair and just need tidying up, it was fairly long, mainly around the eyes and face. my partner asked for her to be trimmed slightly and she agreed this was fine and to pick her in in an hour and a half. my partner nearly died when he saw her. shed been shaved all over leaving little hair it was a total bodge job! i could have cried when he brought her home. her excuse was that she was knotted up and she had had no choice but to do this! what lies. she had lovely longish hair! if u like ur dogs hair/fur then go else where. this woman had no reason to trim my dog this short. i also have photos of just b4 and after and u can see her hair is in good health!!!!!
