these people are morons. made a mess of my car and my new concrete driveway when it dumped old dirty engine oil over it. i am disabled and need my car but so far it has been off the road for 5 days while they tried and failed to put things right. when i complained they blocked my landline and mobile phones. this is their idea of customer service.
