Cramped room with hard rickety bed. Incomplete wax with patches missed, had to shave when I got home. Asked for Brazilian when booking the appointment but in the session, the therapist was unable to do it and after several embarassing and painful attemps she just did the best she could and announced she had finished. It was not a Brazilian or even a proper bikini wax and there was bruising around the area. On several parts of the legs she rewaxed the same area up to ten times, ouch! I I I won't be going back.
