worst stay ever
room was freezing noise coming from toilet informed reception promised all would be fixed returned late that night to find nothing had been done informed no empty rooms after very little sleep went to reception who said they did have empty rooms promised again heater and faulty ac would be fixed returned again to find still same again told no empty rooms again no sleep over two nights customer service a joke asked for refund offered a complimentary nights stay . will never be back
