At Ant's Plastering Services, we offer a range of plastering services and home improvements including boarding, coving, and dry lining. We also provide patch repairs and replacement ceilings after water damage. Our team of professionals offer a high-quality service in all of our work backed by years of experience in the industry. Our owner is a member of City and Guilds, and has an NVQ level two in plastering. Additionally, we offer free quotations on all of our services for your peace of mind.

Skimming

Our process entails first putting the plaster onto the wall, flattening, and then laying it in. This will have two coats of plaster once it is finished, and we give it a final cross trowel, making sure there are no lines in the plaster. We normally charge by the room size, so we'll pay you a visit to measure the room and give you a price based on the results. Our costs depend on how long it takes to complete the job, and whether the boards need replacing.

Repairs

When you are in desperate need of ceiling repairs, choose a reliable business to take care of everything for you. Ceiling damage is troublesome and it is safer to call the experts in to sort out your issues. When your ceiling is damaged by water but you do not want to take it down, we are able to patch it up. Our team never turns a job down, as there is always a patch somewhere that needs replaced! We do charge for materials but if you get them yourself, we simply give a price for labour. Additionally, when you have Artex on the ceiling, we are either able to bond over the Artex, or re-board the ceiling and skim over the new boards that we have put up.
