We can repair all types of gas boiler systems and we do not charge call out fees, you only pay for the work we do and the parts we use.

A broken boiler can be something as little as a stubborn valve or something a lot more serious. Once the problem is diagnosed, your heating / boiler / water can be working satisfactory again.

There is no call out fee for diagnosing faults and repairs are undertaken on a no fix / no fee basis.

Once diagnosed, you will receive an honest appraisal of the repairs to be undertaken. Advice can be given on the cost effectiveness of any repairs with regard to older boilers.

Repair prices are based on an hourly rate, plus the cost of parts required.

Upon request, customers are able to inspect the receipt for any parts purchased, so they can be assured of transparency.

Before calling

When calling to get your boiler repaired note down as much information about your boiler, any warning lights or error messages as well as the make and model of your boiler. The more information you give, the easier it will be to diagnose the problem and arrive prepared to diagnose the problem and complete the boiler repair efficiently.

Also, please state if the maual for the boiler is available. Although most boiler manuals are on record, it is often helpful and quicker when refering to electrical faults, specifications etc.
