About
Martial Arts for all ages from 5 years old. Main curiculum is based on ITF Tae Kwon Do, but we also teach elements of Judo, Kickboxing, Ju-Jitsu, Haganah and weapons. We are a Family Martial Arts Academy specialising in encouraging all ages and abilities, we are affiliated to the Disability Martial Arts Association and the Guild of Independent Martial Arts. All our instructors are qualified, CRB checked and fully Insured.

We are a friendly, family run club, intent on offering the best instruction for children and adults. We offer classes and gradings in Tae Kwon Do, as well as self defence and fitness kickboxing. In our classes you can train with your children, or if prefered, at the adult classes. You are welcome to contact us and book in for your first FREE lesson, come try before you buy.

Real Deal
Training with Master Bridgeland is the 'Real Deal'. The Apex curriculum is a mixture of traditional Tae Kwon Do, high energy fitness / strength conditioning, and street practical self-defence. I've studied several Martial Arts and whilst all have tremendous value, they also have gaps and limitations that can leave you vulnerable on the dangerous streets of the modern world. Master Bridgeland's approach to self defence is logical, easy to understand, and wholly pragmatic as it is based on his extensive experience. There are no 'showy' techniques or Matrix-esque moves; just simple, straight forward strategies that will enable you to keep yourself and your loved ones safe, taught in a friendly and supportive atmosphere where everyone is valued and given the opportunity to realise their full potential.
