Avoid at all costs
Booked a holiday package with this company a few years ago. Paid in full! They did not sort the hotel even though they sent us a confirmation email. Got to Turkey and were left stranded with no hotel. This was the first time my sister and I travelled and we were alone. When we called they just kept saying it will be sorted but they didn’t do anything. We asked for a refund and they did not provide any refund. Myself and my sister called endless times and all we were promised were transfers to our accounts which never took place. Honestly worst experience would never trust this company. In the end my family booked us another hotel and paid for it so we were able to have somewhere to stay
