Had 4 engineer visits and two new items and they still haven't fixed the problem or diagnosed the it. The Engineers seem clueless and happy to replace random parts that are working perfectly well. Now the engineer had the audacity to turn around and say it is a different fault! Stay well clear of SE Services or Apolina Services!

I'm now awaiting a FOURTH visit from an engineer to fix the same fault they have allegedly fixed twice previously over the last 2 years. Absolutely USELESS. Got a text yesterday saying another spare was in - can't even get through on the number they gave me - on hold for 10 minutes, then just disconnected. finally managed to get through using their sales department number. When I explained what had

This is one of the worse services I have ever received! The engineer had no clue, left half way to attend another appointment, came back to say a part is missing without even having a proper look, awful customer service and extremely rude staff! Stay away!

I called SE Services as my cooker had broken down. I found staff friendly and helpful, they even advised that according to my fault description it was my element that was causing the problem. They preordered the part and took partial labour fee, within 2 days they called me and adv that i could have engineer in a couple of days and booked it in as a first call. Engineer turned up with part, was very friendly and professional and fixed my cooker. Very satisfied overall

The service provided by SE services is nothing but excellent, polite, efficient and understanding. Lyn was exceptionally brilliant in the manner she handled my concern about our washing machine, an appointment was arranged within 48 hours, highly recommended company & dedicated

Se Services was recommended to me by a neighbour, who helped me out when my fridge freezer broke down. I got an appointment within 2 days, and although I then had to wait while some parts were ordered, I was texted when they arrived, which I found very helpful. I booked another appointment, and 3 days later my appliance was back up and running normally. Many thanks to all the friendly staff at SE Services and to my neighbour for helping me out by recommending them. I love the fridge magnet they gave me, now I will have their number next time I have a breakdown :)

We own a Smeg DF614SS Dishwasher. The appliance started to go faulty in August of last year. Taking the advise of Smeg service centre we contacted SE Services Ltd to attend our property to repair the dishwasher. My partner paid SE Services the £60.00 they charge and was told by the engineer that the 3 circuit boards inside the machine needed to be replaced were required to complete the repair, this was despite the fact that the engineer did not look inside of the machine; however the engineer advised that they would return with the parts and the labour to fit them would be covered by the initial £60.00. Over the past 8 months we have been contacting SE Services on a regular basis only to be told by them, in a very terse and unhelpful manner, that Smeg did not have the 3 circuit boards parts in stock but that these would be available 'soon', undoubtably SE Services have no intention to effect a repair and their service is lamentable. We find the behaviour of SE Services over the past 8 months totally despicable and feel quite strongly that they have just taken money, without providing a service, and run away. The fact that Smeg, a reputable company, should endorse SE Services on their service site is misleading and questionable as they offer nothing in the way of service to their customers - not something to be recommended.

I've been waiting over 6 weeks for a part to come in for my washer/dryer, and yes still waiting, and no timescale as to how much longer it will take.

i had a problem with my washing machine a while ago so i called and arranged for an engineer, i got a rather rough looking chap with a pony tail, my wife answerd the door and was greeted with Ello Darling, the guy was very friendly no problems there, after constantly chatting and two cups of coffee and half a pack of biscuits i was informed a part was required, i paid the call out roughly £80 and then waited for a call back to come back, two weeks later i called in to be informed in no uncertain terms my part was on back order and i had to wait from a very rude person called bet, i then got a call about two weeks later for an engineer to come out and fix my machine GREAT. Ello Darling again a cup of coffee and more biscuits later i get informed its the wrong part? wait one week and call only to be told that the parts been there for three weeks??? ask for the manager, out of the office surpervisor, out of the office, diffrent engineer comes back doesnt hardly talk and fixes the machine in 5mins flat, pay for the part and the engineer speeds off, use the machine for the first time and it breaks down again? call ask for manager? out of the office, the engineer cant come back he is to far away, call booked for the following day, Ello Darling the rough pony tail engineer is back two more cups of coffee three phone calls and another pack of biscuits later i am informed the washing machine is working. I found the whole expierence very distressing not to mention the biscuits.

first visit to see washing machine - 02/07/08. took a week to identify the problem. two weeks later-two men come to see what parts need replacing. leave the washing machine all open with all parts taken out (to the present day) phone staff rude and careless. three weeks ago i recive a call from the same 'bev' and she tells me that the engineer is sick and the spare parts department from LG have sent a part for a fridge instead of a washing part so its going to take another 3 weeks. i asked "her what am i susposed to do now? i am paying for insurance and you should deliver!" her reply in a bored and yet annoyed manner " have you tried taking it to the dry cleaners or have you tried hand washing - works for me!" so realising i was not going to win i said "can i PLEASE book another appointment" her reply " oh now you want an appointment? listen to me you are not going to get anywhere for another two weeks" as if rehersed before. only booked an appointment time when its convenient for them and not the customer. 15/09/08 - still waiting for part to be ORDERED! appointment was supposed to be today but the engineer fell sick again. their whole fleet of technicians always fall sick when you need them. at the moment i can confirm i have spent £130+ on laundrette services in the perio of one month. (thats triple what i pay for the insurance!) questions answered:: 1) had to - currys provided them 2)hmmm. frankly... Sh*t 3)thatsa joke! neva would i use them again 4)basically it could do evrything a whole lot better - a lot LOT better!

We have been using their service for many years. Th problem is it just takes daysto get an engineer to come and have a look. Then it takes days toorder a part, and then it takes days to to get another booking and they want you to be at home at their own period. If only they can understand that customers have jobs to do as well. They could ensure that customers get 2-3 days booking remeber that customers have to be at work or other things to do and be flexible with their time.

A visit was arranged for an engineer to call today to carry out repairs to our dishwasher and washing machine. At 0920 today Irecieved a call from "Bev" of SE Services advising me the engineer was off sick. I advised "Bev" that I had used up the last of my leave days to be at home for the engineer and the next call would have to be on a Saturday - to which I was told I would have to pay for a Saturday call - with both products under guarantee and all my leave used up- I thought this attitude was atrocious. "Bev", quite frankly, didn't seem to give a damn, and took a tough luck stance. My extended warranty was going to be sent off this weekend - but after this debacle "not in your dreams" - BEWARE!!
