Had Dormer built by this so called builder. We had leaks galore. Builder did not want to know. We had Inspectors out from Stoke City Council they condemned it. We had him off My Builder.com. They have taken him off there site . He is trading with no regulation certificates. Trading Standards and City Council want to speak to him. He owes us thousands. We have not the money to have this dormer rebuilt. He has left us with nothing. We have since found another customer of his who he left without finishing the job and taking his money. He also trades under Easiloft. Be warned do not employ him

Have had Dormer built by this so called Builder. Its has been condemned. We had him off My Builder.com. They have since removed him off there site. He has no Building Regulations certificates. Stoke city council and Trading Standards went to speak to him. He has also ripped off another person of thousands he also is in pursuit of him. All we want is justice done. He owes us thousands to. The Builder known as Mr Phillip Moores could not care less. Be warned do not employ him. He will take your money and never finishes the job. Or he will do the job but not to standard.
