AVOID like the plague!

I sent in my iMac for repair. They return it back 'repaired' but it didn't even switch on! I sent it back saying "how could you not have realised??" Weeks go by and nothing. Finally I go in, I don't give them my name. There is my iMac by the window next to a load of other computers for sale. I ask about it, and to my amazement the man tries to sell it to me for £700. I tell him my name and he gets really nervous and calls me a "bast***d" in front of my 4 year old son. He then says "well it's fixed now" but refuses to give it to me until I move to call the police. With his hands shaking, he then makes a video on his phone to keep, to show the computer turns on. I arrive home and I discover that the hard drive has been wiped clean (I've lost EVERYTHING!!!) and the problem is still there! The computer reboots itself every 5 minutes. So 6 weeks of my time wasted, it still doesn't work, I've lost everything, I've been subjected to verbal abuse. I'm writing to Trading Standards Agency right now.I also have read reviews from others who state this company is not recognised by Apple at all, despite their claims, and it has been alleged they may be harvesting parts from computers sent in for repair like using one credit card to pay off another, possibly even to ensure you keep coming back. How important is your computer in your life? If you rely on your computer for your business, you should save yourself a world of pain and go to a proper company. Pay peanuts get monkeys (and verbal abuse in front of your young children)
