Terrible!
The dryer we ordered was delivered to a random address several houses down the road and abandoned in the street. No delivery time or date was given and we discovered it quite by chance. We had to borrow a trolley from one of the neighbours to bring it to our house. When the item was unwrapped we discovered a cracked top and lots of dents and scratches all over it. The company asked us to send photos and then stated these were minor faults, usual for the 'graded' equipment. No word of apology about the delivery cock-up so we presume it is not unusual for the company to deliver in this fashion. And of course no chance of having a replacement. Keep away from them!

Appliance Universe Neath - Avoid at all costs!!
Keep away!!! Google 'appliance universe reviews'. There are many horror stories of people buying online and receiving junk. Then the company will refuse to do anything about it and you will find that the Warranty is worthless, the manufacturer will not honour it because of the condition of the appliance!!! We went through it just a couple of months ago and Trading Standards are dealing with it. They say that there is a history with this outfit.

Slight problem but A******** Service & customer support
I ordered a steam-works steam generator from appliance universe which was dispatched the next day with tracking number. However it did not arrive. After contacting DHL we learned that it was a temp driver and there was no sig. We could not claim through them so basically i thought i was out of luck. However appliance universe has kindly decided to send me a replacement free of charge and there customer support was perfect. 100% recommended.

Disgruntled Customer
I have recently had a really bad experience with this company. I bought a washing machine online and when it arrived it looked like it had done ten rounds with Tyson. When I contacted them I was told that this was acceptable as 'minor' cosmetic damage. It certainly wasn't minor. I can accept a bump or a scratch but this was unacceptable damage. When I asked for a refund or a replacement, they told me that it would cost me 80 pounds for the courier, even though their terms and conditions state that the supplier is responsible for the shipping costs if the item is damaged or mis-described. In hind sight I wish I'd have bought from a reputable company, rather than a mickey mouse outfit. I only went with them as they promised a quick delivery. My advise is DO NOT do business with this company, especially online as they accept no responsibility for goods that are far worse than what one would describe as MINOR cosmetic damage.
