Terrible
ARA (now All Weather Windows) took our deposit last month but then didn’t turn up to fit our windows yesterday. We now hear the company has gone into administration and so we are left with no windows and no refund. No one has contacted us and we can’t get hold of anyone from ARA. They do not reply to phone calls or emails. Please do not use ARA or the new company they set up in October called All Weather Windows. Truly unprofessional and unethical practises at this company. We have been left feeling devastated - we have lost a lot of money and have been hugely let down by people we trusted.

Closed & Taking Money With out completing or Starting
Do not trust these they have gone bust, name change activity on companies house during October 2022 and they are taking money whilst not finishing off work, called at offices, phone on divert and not returning calls. Something clearly gone wrong......
