David Hewitt is the Managing Director, previously employed as Quality Director within the Aerospace industry. With experience in Quality, Health & Safety and Risk Management, he has travelled extensively throughout the world to focus on supplier development and customer relationships. Aragon offers a toolbox of services designed to put the “common sense” back into business processes. The two main strands of our approach to effective business improvement are:- a) Detailed mapping of the company business processes to recommend the introduction or the review/modification of existing processes and standard operating procedures. b) A detailed “Gap Analysis” to achieve accreditation to internationally recognised frameworks such as ISO9001 / AS9100 and Investors in People.
