Poor behaviour
Arborpro, Norfolk gave us a competitive quote and requested full payment on the day even though they had not completed the work they quoted for. Jonathan Vaughan, the proprietor, promised his firm would return on another day when they had to hire a cherry picker for a similarly high level task. However they never did return and eventually Mr Vaughan offered a meagre £50 refund which, despite numerous requests, telephone calls and reminders, was not paid back either. It will in any case cost us considerably more than the £50 offered to employ another tree surgeon to carry out the work that Arborpro quoted for and should have completed.
