Lazy overcharging slimy wankers. I will never use them again. £75 quid and they didn't even fit the lock I had to do it. They used to be good guys but are employing idiots now. I really hate this shop now. I really hate them the slime ball midget on the cash till had real attitude. I really hate this shop now money grabbers.

what a great service
I called ARC locksmiths in the middle of the night and they came within the hour. I was locked out in the pouring rain, rest assured they got me in swiftly and with a very competitive price! i would recommend them to all my friends.

friendly service
needing an extra lock on my apartment door, and a window handle replacing., which the manufacturers said they had to send abroad for. I contacted ARC locksmiths. As it was not urgent I was expecting to wait awhile, but they came the next day and did a splendid job, fitting a new door lock and replacing the window handle at a very reasonable price. The locksmith was friendly and helpful and he also advised me on locks for my suitcase, as I was off to USA, where customs need access to luggage. He told me about special locks for this purpose and advised me where to buy them, as he didn't sell them - a most useful tip.
