After having break from using letting agents for a while (previous experience had left me a little disappointed), I was very pleased with how much easier the process of finding a new tenant was made through using the letting agents Archer-Collins. My two bedroom flat has not always been the easiest to let so when Archer-Collins offered to market it for me I was only too happy to let them help me with the challenge. Sharleene from Archer-Collins met me at the flat, smartly turned out, to do the initial appraisal. She took the time not only to fully assess the flat but also to listen to my concerns and preferences. The fact that she asked me all the relevant questions on her first visit gave me confidence from the outset. Throughout the process I was particularly impressed with how much effort the agents put into finding me a tenant. Sharleene worked tirelessly right up until the new tenant moved into the flat.
