Open all year round from Spring to Winter, we take pride in offering an accommodation for all your needs. Whether you prefer the glistening snow where you can snowboard, or the warmth to hike or mountain bike, rest assured we offer accommodation to fit all your needs.

Located only a few minutes from the city centre, we are set in the perfect setting. With prices starting from only £30 per person including bed and breakfast, why wouldn't you want to stay with us?

Our Rooms -

We aim to make each, and every customer have a pleasant and enjoyable time when staying with us, which is why we take pride in offering a wide selection of facilities for all guests to enjoy, including:

We have three family rooms, three double rooms and one single room for you to choose from.

Breakfast -

As a bed and breakfast guest house, breakfast is available for all guests between the hours of 8am and 9am - early breakfast can be served earlier on request.

Our menu consists of:

• Fresh fruit juice, tea and coffee
• Continental self-service – Fresh fruit, yoghurts, porridge, toast and various cereals
• Full Scottish breakfast – sausage, bacon, tomato, mushrooms, black pudding, Haggis and eggs
• Fish dish – Includes Scottish smoked haddock with eggs and tomatoes
• Vegetarian option – Vegetarian sausage, hash browns, beans, tomato and mushrooms
