Dear Nigel, I just had to write and express our gratitude for your smooth handling of finding a suitable tenant for our property. I can't believe that we completed on the property on the Thursday and by the Saturday you had inspected the property and got it on rightmove.com. To then have 5 viewings by the Monday was impressive to say the least. We were initially quite nervous, given this was our first experience of buy-to-let, but it is now something we feel very positive about.
