ARK Architectural Concepts Ltd born out of original company Plans for the Future providing friendly professional innovative architectural practice based in the middle of England in a picturesque town called Stony Stratford in Buckinghamshire.

About Us

ARK has several disciplines and can offer a professional all in one service. These include a Modern AUTOCAD drawing service for both 2 and 3 Dimensional Drawings and visualisation. We are experienced in providing advice on all matters relating to Planning and Building Regulations matters.

We offer a dedicated Project Management service to suit most construction projects including project costing, Programming, Contractor/Supplier selection. Construction works inspections, completion checks, snagging and project sign off.

We also have a specialised Procurement Service which is connected to a large network of suppliers with in the UK as well as in Europe and the Far East.

ARK's owner has over 20 years of experience having worked for a large American food company providing both Architectural and Procurement Support with the development of over 1000 new restaurants.

Therefore, at ARK we believe that ALL our clients get the best quality service from us so that it provides total satisfaction and trust which we believe will lead to a long standing business partnership.

Our History

ARK Architectural Concepts Ltd is owned and run by Anant Peshavaria who has 30 year's experience having worked for well-known high street retailers. With this wealth of experience in Architecture, Project Management and Procurement, we are offering a professional service tailored around each Client's individual needs.

We recognise that the needs of each Client and each new Project are different and so we try and ensure that these are realised at the earliest opportunity and clearly understood.

By doing this we can ensure giving our closest attention from the onset so that each project undertaken is managed with the highest degree of professionalism, care and efficiency.

We are very proud of our track record as we have several repeat clients and over 50% of the work we do is via recommendations by satisfied Clients.

Our fees are competitive and each enquiry is clearly priced listing all works to be undertaken by ARK so the Customer is fully aware of what they are going to pay for before appointing us.

We have a large network of suppliers and contractors for all requirements in relation to construction and fitting-out and we only work with companies that provide high quality products and service.

Architectural Service

Our Architectural service offers 2D and 3D Computer Aided drawing service and we can undertake small to medium size projects both for Commercial and Residential works.

We have partnered with associated professionals including Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyor's, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Consultants and so can address most construction related queries promptly.
