We have been customers since 2005. Everything was okay until September 2010 when there was a change in personnel who serviced our washrooms. The service became extremely irregular and less than 50% of the contractual visits were carried out. When we complained to the office in Birmingham we were faced with an incredible lack of customer service and no interest at all in the case. We have written several letters, made many phone calls and had even to contact Trading Standards. No change in their attitude. We are changing service provider now.
