NEVER AGAIN, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

This company were a sweet as pie on initial contact. My Mum and Dad moved back to England from France last week they expected to receive their furniture a few days later (17th august), but when they phoned to find out when it would be arriving at the new house they were told they were too busy to deliver it and they would have to wait until 4th September (JUST UNDER 1 MONTH FROM COLLECTION). My parents are in their mid seventies and had no clothes no bed or any belongings at all. They were left in an empty house with NOTHING. The office staff were VERY rude and partronising to my mother, and they even refused to speak to her when she rang saying that "they weren't prepared to talk to her, and told her not to phone again until instructed!" Luckily the furniture arrived a week later, but we would never used this company again, as they added alot of trauma to an already difficult move!
