Poor Attitude
Had a recent MOT done in there, and also wanting to ask them to fix those need fixing. When I ask if they can give an accurate price, and just said it is a "(a colleague) has already said a couple hundred quid (!!)" - and made out like I haven't asked and have the RIGHTS to know a more accurate price - this is such an act of "cowboy garage" He they back down and said he will be busy and won't be able to get the quotation done, and said going to call me back on the same day, but again it is a let down - there has been no call for two days. On Sept 2013 I had an air-con need fixing while they gave a quote for around 200 quid, and come to my surprise it is around 300 that I need to pay. Why do I need to put up with such an attitude? Used to be really good and be able to give advise. have used them for at least a few big job and spend over two grand on those job (power steering, air con) such a shame they fair to take an old client seriously
