Well initially I was impressed. My car was leaking air into the fuel they change seals I pay £150 and off I go. Fuelled my car up as they kept my half tank of fuel that only had air in it. My car was leaking fuel everywhere so I took it back. They told me my sump seal was leaking it is nothing to do with the work they did and I would have to pay £80 to get fixed,I told them it was not leaking before they messed with it, they said they thought it would not be a problem, so screwed it back together and gave my car to me. I took the car to another garage and they said it had been cross threaded and that is why it's leaking! Clearly Arnold Clark cross thread my sump so the seal would do nothing and tried to hide it from me. I would rather pay a five year old to fix my car than put myself through the Lies and Bull Sh** Arnold Clark gave me. Use Arnold Clark at your own risk, non of my family will use their services again.

Very Poor Service.
I used to get my vehicle serviced here but stopped when I found that they were not being honest. One day I found that the service sheet had been ticked off that all had been done, but on looking at the parts listing certain parts were missing. When I called and queried this, they said that they were ut of stock of that part and if I wanted to bring the car back in that it would be done. My problem is, is that they had ticked off that it HAD BEEN DONE! and if I hadn't been on the ball I would have never known - A mistake or dishonesty>? you can make up your own mind. Parts department here is a joke, advising you to buy parts that you don't need rather than individual bits. Customer Service is non existant. Service items missed. I even wrote to Arnold Clarke himself and got an appology, although the guy who runs the service desk is still there? AVOID THIS GARAGE if you know what is good for you.
