I received an email 24hrs before the planned delivery to confirm the delivery slot for a Saturday morning. By the end of the morning the delivery had not been made. I contacted Arrow XL who initially tried to tell me that the order had been held up by the seller and that I should contact the seller to sort it out. The seller had already been made aware of delivery problems by Arrow XL, with Arrow XL reporting several late deliveries due to high demand on their service. At no point did Arrow XL attempt to contact me to inform me of the need to change the delivery time. Furthermore, their customer service representatives were dishonest and tried to lay the blame for their own faults on the seller.
