Lovely food with a good atmosphere
Art's is very very good. I've been going there for years now and I've never had a bad meal.Situated on trendy Call Lane, from the outside Art's Cafe could be a suburban cafe in sunnier parts of europe. With a bar down one side and tables dotted around, it's got a cosy feeling without being cramped.There's different menus depending on the time of day, and these are changed regularly so there's always something new to try.It lost a bit of the lunchtime light it had when the building next door went up, now it's never as bright as it used to be, but you'll still be able to find your plate.The Art's burger is my #1 choice, juicy and filling, and with loads of toppings. Also try the perfectly cooked and deliciously buttery steak. Do get there early if you haven't booked though!

Arts Cafe
Arts Cafe is a really nice place to pop in for a drink or a light meal. I tend to meet friends there in the week for some food or for lunch at the weekend but I think it's probably quite hard to get a table on a weekend evening. The menu is really varied and looks like a lot of thought has gone into it. A favourite of mine is the platters. The drinks list is also quite varied.
