Spot water voles from the boat safari, hand feed rare geese at World Wetlands and stroll gentle pathways to quiet spots to watch Sussex wildlife. Stunning views from the café make it perfect for relaxing, and kids will love the play areas and pond dipping.

Our popular Wetlands Discovery boat safari is included in your admission price and each boat comes complete with an expert to point out the plants and wildlife around you. Arundel's crystal clear water makes it perfect for reed beds. Explore this wildlife-rich habitat, which includes a dragonfly pond and woodland. The Pond Explorer Station is open weekends from April through October, and everyday during summer holidays, for underwater discoveries with our Learning Team. You can get up close to all sorts of exotic ducks and geese from around the world at Arundel Wetland Centre. Many of our tamer residents will even feed from your hand. Grain for feeding can be bought at the World Wetlands feeding bay. Head over to the Iceland Lake Pen at 2pm daily to watch our the Diving Ducks fish feed. See some of the rarest waterfowl in the world, like the scaly-sided merganser showing off their fishing skills in the clear chalk-fed waters!
