Rude staff, AVOID
We booked our last holiday over Christmas, and used ASAPP Cars to transfer us to the airport. The car turned up, and as the driver moved his coat, a large hip flask dropped out, but in fairness the experience was OK. We have another 3 holidays booked for 2023, and the first of those in 10 days. After spending a lot of money on a holday, we just wanted to be assured everything was booked, and we could sit back knowing we are on top of it all. We messaged Martin on Whatsapp as we did at Chrismas, 5pm. We could see the message had been read but no reply. Thinking he was busy we just waited. Following morning we sent a "question mark" as a nudge just incase he had forgotten us being busy...again read message but no reply. 17 hours later decided to cancel..if Martin could not just reply "yes your in the book" what confidence had we that he would turn up on the day or leave us at 6am stranded?. Amazing that within 3 minutes of cancelling, Martin managed to write an abusive message back, followed by more rude messages. Read other reviews, this seems a comon problem with this company. We lost trust in them, they have terrible customer service, and very rude. They dont deserve your money...AVOID ! There are much better companies out there.Shame I had to leave 1 star as thats too many.

Airport run
Great friendly service, was on time, as it was an early flight I am always a little nervous that my taxi would be late, loyalty card is an added bonus. Would definatly recommend and now consider them my local taxi firm.

Excellent Service
I ordered a taxi for collection from Manchester airport. Martin the driver was waiting inside the building for me on arrival, helped me with my luggage to the car – which was exceptionally clean – and the took me to my destination for approximately half the fare I have paid for a black cab and considerably less than other private hire firms have charged me for the same journey. I can’t recommend ASAPP service enough and I will always use them in the future.

no job too small
My wife and I use this firm all the time as we have no car. No job is too small for them. They take us shopping,for our pensions,to the doctors or to the hospital. They are never grumpy, and always treat us extremely well. Wont use anyone else. And with their loyalty card , we even get some trips for free. Bonus.. Thank you

Long distant journey
WOW!!. We booked this company as it was recommended by friends who use them. We travelled from Hull to Manchester airport and back. Could not praise them more. Gave us a great price and stuck to it, Our fiends have used them to travel down-south. Exceptional value and service!!

Asapp taxis are what a taxi company used to be. Reliable. polite , with great customer service.! The price was cheaper than any other Stockport taxi firm, but could not fault the quality of service received. Will use them regularly from now on. Many thanks.

manchester night out
Booked for a group of 6. Arrived prompt on time for outward journey, Driver was polite and courteous. Returned in the early hours of the morning, which can be a little daunting, however ,we needn't have worried .The driver was there waiting in the exact place he said he would be. This made the night a great success all round. Would recommend their services to anyone, for reliability, and very reasonably priced too. Asap cars ,win ,win !!!!

Booked with Asapp cars into Manchester including my return after having a night out. The journey into Manchester was excellent and the driver arrived on time, I pre arranged my return with the company and finalised the details with the driver, as promised the driver was waiting for me, my overall experience with the company was first class and I will recommend their service. Also as a bonus that no other company offers is their competitive set fare giving you peace of mind and with every journey the driver gives you a loyalty sticker, collect nine and receive upto £10.00 off your tenth journey, so what a result, excellent service and a loyalty bonus 😃
