Our fees are transparent and we do not charge VAT. Our ‘Full property Management' Fee of only 9% per calendar month & our ‘Tenant Find Only' Service which will cost you just £295.00 are both exempt from VAT charges. Please note we never charge any upfront fees.

Both services are ‘No Let No Fee' and we always offer a no obligation ‘Free' Rightmove property rental valuation to all enquiries.
