Bathroom flooring

Over two year's ago Ashleys fitted a bathroom for me. They had already fitted my previous bathroom and also a shower room and I had recommended them to several people. However, on this occasion the tiled flooring developed a deep crack within two weeks of fitting. Despite agreeing that the floor was ruined their answer was to give me a waxed crayon to disguise the crack. Whilst this did lesson the terrible appearance a little any effect was washed away when the floor was cleaned. However, they did offer to try to obtain tiles to replace the cracked ones, but when contacted admitted that they had failed to do so. My hopes were raised when a year ago they rang to inform me that they had managed to locate more tiles and would come to replace them. Despite many visits to the shop and promised, but never returned telephone calls, I am still left with a floor which has been described as 'unbelievable' by everyone who has seen it.
