Disappointing response to driver hitting car
One of Aslan Taxi's drivers hit my son's wing mirror when my son had parked up to allow the driver to pass safely. Despite Aslan admitting that the driver concerned is known to be "reckless" and has caused "quite a few issues", they have refused to pay for the damage caused. Very poor show and a poor attitude to customer service. I am now taking this matter further
