Don't use them

I had a complete bathroom refurb done a few years back. They generally did a good job with just a few snags. I was satisfied enough to contact them recently about an upgrade.After the initial contact I was told they would look at the work and suggested an evening. Two weeks later I had heard nothing. I messaged my original contact again for an update and got no reply. I then phoned my contact again and got no answer. I then phoned the partner and he said to leave it with him and he'd get back to me,never did. I then phoned the second number again and was told they didn't have time to do my work. I then asked why he had not got back to me and he hung up. What a disgusting way to treat a returning customer. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I think I've had a lucky escape. My review gives NO star rating.
