Bad Experience

Aspect windows edinburgh installed double glazing for me I went back to them for french doors fitters arrived on Friday 8th June and cut out area and installed french doors whilst doing this they ripped plaster from surround are and harling off wall they also left a great big pile of rubble, which they stated thaqt a plasterer would be sent out to repair damage they also stated that their van was loaded up with someone elses windows and they would have to come back for rubble I contacted Kenny who advised me that no they wouldn't be sending any plasterer out as also they would not be picking up rubble as he put it "not for the price you paid" I think this is shoking I will be contacting citizen's advice bureau with the view of taking this company to the small claims court for the other costs of rapiring damage I am a single mother also with multiple sclerosis I think that this Kenny should have taken that into consideration and I wish I had never heard of aspect windows I will be informing all friends also to pass on to their friends and so on and so on this company should be put out of business or certainely stopped from ripping people off.
