Welcome to Aspire Maths Solihull

My name is Jackie McMullen and I am an experienced maths teacher offering tuition for students in my home in Solihull.

My aim is to ensure that every pupil aspires to achieving the highest possible level and I work with everyone on an individual basis. Each new student will receive a free diagnostic assessment which takes 1 hour and includes a short assessment - and following discussions I will then prepare a student profile that charts targets, evidence and progress.

Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1 - If you would like to arrange for your free diagnostic assessment please contact me

2 - The diagnostic assessment takes place at my home and will take 1 hour. During this I will have a discussion with you and your child together and individually. Your child will complete a short assessment - this can be written or verbal - to find out how your child is progressing and about them as a person to help me assess their needs.

3 - We will discuss your objectives and set half term reviews of these using my Student Profile form

SEN students welcome

I have wide experience of working with students with special educational needs and appreciate that they may have had a negative experience of mathematics at school.

I offer 1:1 tuition and will do everything I can to help your child enjoy their time with me.

Help equip them with the attitudes, work habits and learning strategies they need.
