Clare Garside, DipCOT, RegHPC provides detailed, well evidenced and fully costed Expert Witness functional assessment, care and rehabilitation reports and testimony to inform personal injury, clinical negligence, housing and family litigation on behalf of claimant, defence or as a Single Joint Expert. She produced her first medico-legal report in 1984 and is trained in report preparation and giving evidence in court, and can be relied upon to accurately address all appropriate heads of claim.
