Temploy Recruitment Services was originally established by Tony Maguire and Karl Hart, whose combined 30 years experience in the Distribution, Manufacturing and Warehousing Industries provided a firm foundation to create the multi-million pound company it is today. Our award winning company offers a wide range of services across various sectors of Industry and Commerce, always ensuring a high quality of service to all our clients. A vital part of our business is the selection process, as the labour force in your workplace. Temploy operates a five-step interview and placement process, designed to match the right skills to client`s needs to provide the optimum recruitment solution.

Temploy Recruitment Services

We were initially awarded a loan from the Princess Youth Business Trust which, together with funding fo New Business start-up's, helped to get Temploy Recruitment Services off the ground. We now provide recruitment services to a variety of companies ranging in size up to international blue chip companies at various sites throughout the UK.

In November 1998 we were awarded first prize by the Prince's Trust as Young Achiever of the Year on Merseyside.

We were semi-finalists in June 1999 in the Institute of Directors Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, and in 2000 we achieved a place in the final. In the future, we hope to go one step further!

Our continued growth, plus exceeding both our client's expectations and our own corporate objectives, culminated in 2002 with Temploy being awarded the outright winner of the Inner City 100 - dubbed 'the enterprise Oscars' - for the fastest growing copmany in the UK. The award was presented by Gordon Brown, the Chancellor of Exchequer.
