Dishonest and Incompetent
The letting agent I am with employs Assured Plumping. They have caused damaged to the rental property and deny responsibility, creating more work for themselves and as a consequence, profit. And they claim to attempt communications when they have not done so. If I could provide a Zero rating, I would. Avoid at all costs.

Do not use!!
Appalling and arrogant service. Took 3 visits to fix a leak, different plumber each time!! Each one said a different thing. Seriously disabled young adult was left all over New Year with carers with water flooding and damp. The damage became serious and she had to move out for 10 days!! Then they tried to fix an immersion heater came two days running in and out in 10 minutes, left it with faulty wiring and disconnected so no hot water and didn't replace the correct part. Complete and utter cowboys, worst firm I ever had the misfortune to come into contact with.
