Worst we've ever stayed in

My wife and I arrived on Friday evening late and were welcomed by the manageress, given the keys and told 'don't be shy if there's anything you want just knock on my door'. Went to the room and there were two small towels so I went down to ask for another one to be met with the response 'Why do you want another we only provide two towels' I asked if there was a problem with towels she said 'OK I will let you have one if I've got one' and we did eventually get the extra towel. The room was awful, almost completely filled with a so-called four poster bed, no room to sit, no hot water except for an electric shower in the tiny bathroom. Some of the furniture was broken, the room was fairly clean but very shabby, no comfort at all. In the morning we arrived in the breakfast room, had some cerial. The cooked breakfast just arrived, bacon, sausage, beans, hash brown and a fried egg it looked good but was obviously kept warm or warmed up as it was no more than tepid and the egg was rubbery and
